Went out yesterday night around 10 to meet Nette & Dong for soccer match. Mac was packed! While waiting for Shane, Nette called John to see if we could go over to his place to watch the match. But his parents was sleeping so we didn't go. After Shane came, we sat outside Mac cause that was the only place left.It was sucky cause you're watching soccer with no sound. Eeeks. Sucky. But it was kinda alright cause we were with our friends. [= We quickly got bored cause we didn't hear any sound. So during half time, we bought tidbits and headed to my place. (= Since Dad can watch football in the room, he left the living room for us to conquer. =D So we sat there, they ate their instant noodles supper, and we slacked while watching football. [= Hehs. Nette got very tense every time England had a shot at scoring. Yes, no doubt C.Ronaldo attitude was damn sucky, but he's cute. Dong was superbly not interested in the match. He only watched it cause he bet. So, he wanted us to talk about this particular girl. Anyway, the red card was dumb. Rooney didn't deserve it. It was too harsh a punishment. It cost England their place. With Owen & Beckham out, it was pretty much clear England wasn't going to make it. And Gerrad and Lampard didn't score either. So, that sucked. Truth to be told, I didn't know whose side I was on. Both were okay to me. I guess I sided Portugal more cause Beckham wasn't in the match. Yeah. Doesn't matter to me. I doubt Portugal could win the World Cup anyway. Anyway, I had fun uh. So that matters. [= Nette had to leave after the match. =( I was thinking of them staying till Brazil match was over and just slacking around while watching DVD. But she had to leave, so it's okay. Butttttt. It was fun. Loved it. [= |
